Second gen Suzuki 650 (Moss Point)

I think it's an 06 or 08 Suzuki 650sv (second generation) With a few upgrades.
The fuel isn't feeding because I haven't installed the power commander .

I can start the engine for you if I feed it a little fuel.
EASY FIX I JUST DONT HAVE THE TIME OR MOTIVATION FOR IT YES I HAVE A TITLE AND NOTORIZED BILL OF SALE WHAT ID CONSIDER TRADING FOR: $3500 OBO (4K AND ILL GET IT RUNNING) OR A SMALL TRUCK OR A TRANSMISSION FOR AN 03 CHEVY SUBURBAN OR A CAR TRAILER OR TOOLS OR BUILDING MATERIALS UNLESS ITS A CHEVY I WILL NOT CONSIDER ANYTHING I HAVE TO DO ANY MAJOR WORK TO WITHOUT SOME CASH.

I know it probably needs a fuel pump but I have the power commander Im willing to throw in with the universal fuel pump I rebuilt and put in.
All that's left to finish it is a couple minor things like the latch side of the lock under the seat and a few screws missing from the body pannels.
Everything else is there and the power commander needs to be installed.
