MANAGER- SALES

The Role:
The position oversees the development of sales and customer management.
This position works closely with a variety of stakeholders including sales, processing plants, warehousing facilities, accounting, IT, logistics and other various support staff.
You will have the opportunity to:
Analyze system data and troubleshoot day-to-day customer sales, orders and pricing
Support our sales director with new and existing customer opportunities
Determine and communicate new selling options to customers.
Analyze critical processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with customers and our internal production planning
Order management while assisting logistics to ensure that product arrives to customers
Skills and qualifications that are essential include:
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
Experience selling salmon, fish, seafood or protein
Experience calling on/selling larger regional chain customers retail, food service or distributors
