We are seeking a Entry Level AT&T Sales Manager to join our team to manage business interactions and relationships between our clients and their customers.
This position ensures customer loyalty by effectively managing the sales order process.
Responsibilities:
Driving sales through retail promotional campaigns
Generate new customer acquisitions through face to face communication.
Ensures quality, standards, and client expectations are satisfied.
Answer questions regarding our client’s programs and services (ie phones, tv bundles, and internet packages)
Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
Stay up to date on all of the product knowledge and electronic trends by attending team meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Motivated, competitive, not afraid of objections!
Demonstrate strong team behaviors including integrity, respect, inclusion, fairness and fun
Seek to fully understand and meet customer needs
Perform multiple duties in a high energy, fast-paced working environment
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, preferred
