Summer Intern Event Sales Manager

If this resonates with you, apply today! Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Manage your own team, typically comprised of family members or friends willing to travel on weekends.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange for vehicle rentals, load equipment and supplies, and ensure timely event setup.
Booth Display: Set up an attractive and functional booth display to showcase our services.
Photography Services: Capture, print, and sell photos to event attendees according to predetermined schedules.
Client Relations: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with event directors and organizers.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all photographs and printed materials.
Budget Management: Manage event budgets efficiently and effectively.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and supplies for each event.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications: 2+ years of management or sales experience.
Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Passion for serving sporting events and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Beginner photography skills (you've taken a selfie before, right?) Must own a newer smart phone with 3+ Back Cameras & have no visible damage to any screens or lenses.
Able to work outside in 100+ Degree Weather for 8-12 hours/day - 4 days per week.
Willing to START conversations with Coaches and Parents.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Physically be able to walk/stand throughout entire shift.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must have valid drivers license.
Must be able to pass background check.
Job Type: Seasonal Hourly: $25 -$30 per hour + Tips
