Agency Sales Representative

```Duties``` - Conduct sales activities and generate leads to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts - Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales deals - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities - Knowledge of sales administration processes and techniques - Ability to negotiate pricing and terms of agreements - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (preferred) - Bilingual proficiency (preferred) Benefits administration experience is a plus.
