Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team for the Gulf coast, Jackson County area.
As a Hospice Account Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director/Administrator with branch growth, community awareness and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Duties:
-Prepare sales plan with Executive Director/Administrator, including forecasts, target accounts, contacts within accounts and budget for achieving objectives
-Contribute to profitable growth by establishing and maintaining contact and relationships with referral sources through which prospective clients might be reached and influenced
-Develop and implement marketing plan for Hospice Services
-Increase awareness of and interest in Hospice by preparing and conducting presentations regarding Hospice to organizations where prospective clients might be reached or influenced
-Organize and provide education to the community, referral sources and facilities.
-Demonstrate dependability by adhering to time frames, punctuality and attendance policies.
-Responding to customer requests and concerns
-Developing connections with key referral managers of contracted insurance companies.
- Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
-Comply with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations, standards of practice, and established work rules.
- Participates in weekly update meetings with Executive Director and biweekly IDG meetings.
Skills:
-Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.
-Must be capable of prioritizing and handing multiple tasks of critical importance and function well in an atmosphere of stress.
-Possess knowledge of patient care within Home Health or Hospice
- Leadership qualities to effectively manage client relationships and drive results
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth
