Job Summary:
The Creative Services & Production Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the game day production staff for the Shuckers.
Off-season responsibilities include video shooting and editing, sponsorship graphics, print advertisement, graphic design, media archiving, and managing off-site productions.
In-season responsibilities include managing the game day press box and production staff, organizing and executing all entertainment associated with the videoboard, music system, and MiLB.
TV broadcast and serve as the game day director during all home games at MGM Park.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing a high-energy, upbeat and fun atmosphere to attract fans and provide them with enhanced entertainment in the ballpark
Oversee all audio/video needs for home games, special events, concerts, exhibition games, etc.
held at MGM Park
Manage relationship with pyrotechnic company, including choreography, music and theme of firework shows
In conjunction with Stadium Operations Manager:
Oversee sound system and manage relationship with audio company
Oversee Formetco video board & equipment, and manage relationship with Formetco
Monitoring of control room including upkeep, maintenance and development of video board & audio equipment
Hiring, supervising, and managing all video and control room staff
Running gameday preparation meetings, writing game scripts, planning and assisting all pre-game and in-game features and promotions along with the Promotions Manager
Working directly with Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to integrate & fulfill all sponsored elements during games and events
Work directly with Marketing to conceptualize, design and create all graphical elements pertaining to the gameday experience and non-gameday events at MGM Park
Conceptualize, film, and produce videos for use in-stadium and on team's website & social media pages
Oversee National Anthem tryouts
Assist in planning and executing all promotional events and strategies in conjunction with the marketing department
Assist in completion of proof of performances
Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

At least two years of live production experience
Bachelor’s Degree in media production or related field is preferred
High level of integrity
Experience in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects
Still photography experience a plus
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
