Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to client accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
