*Summary of Primary Functions*: Establish, maintain, and grow customer accounts to generate business.
Ensures customer requirements and business plan performance objectives are met from project inception through closeout of the project.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:
* Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing customers
* Develop new customers and project opportunities within an assigned sales territory
* Responsible for identifying greater market opportunities for new products and services based on customer needs and desires aligned with Tindall’s profitability potential
* Responsible to achieve desired revenue offerings
* Evaluate potential opportunities to ensure they parallel business plans and customer needs
* Responsible for design build development and negotiated projects with Owners, Architects, and/or General Contractors
* Represent Tindall on bid day for hard bid offerings
* Ensure all proposals are accurate and represent the correct offering of score, terms, and pricing including associated terms
* Maintain sufficient frequency of communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure that the proposal offering is clearly understood
* Maintain and report project activity by utilizing Tindall CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Coordinate with the VP/GM planned margin offerings
* Ensure that all documentation is in place prior to transferring project management activities to the assigned PM
* Monitor and communicate market activities and trends including competitive activities such as CIP, tilt-up, and block & brick and other precasters
* Responsible for regional marketing activities such as lunch and learns, trade shows, and sales presentations.
*Job Specifications or Qualifications*:
*Certificates, Licenses, Registration*: PE license preferred
*Education*: 4 – year degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering
*Experience*: 5 to 7 (+)years prior or related experience; preferably with precast/BDS sales, engineering, project management, or operations
*Travel Required*: approximately 40% travel is required to jobsites and visiting clients.
