I'm also a music promoter for my entertaining work.

I prefer a house that's got space for me that I can focus on my work without anyone asking me why I am singing, why I'm making content? Or spending time on my social media, or why I'm home late if I need to go out somewhere, or why I am doing this or that.

not telling me to shut down turn down or to bed at 9'Oclock.
I'm 51 I done raised my kids plus other people's most my life.
I need some self time.

I'll be able to help w cleaning, upkeep of the home, can help with pets, cooking if need be and I bring in things Lyk paper towels, soap, essentials, extra food when I can.
I'm actually fun and upbeat person when I've had a break or time for self-care.
