The rent includes all utilities: Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels), and twice monthly maid service (they will be cleaning all common spaces/bathroom, of course, expected to keep spaces clean in between visits).

Fully furnished with queen bed (newer firm mattress), large closet, chest/dresser, niter-stand, full desk with chair, shelving, and floor to ceiling windows facing south.

No smoking
Background check is mandatory and will require you to have a clean criminal background as well as no.
