```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan established by the Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication as directed by the healthcare professional
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide catheter care and perform basic wound care as needed
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in patient care or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
- Understanding of infection control procedures
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
