Preschool Teacher

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child - Create engaging and interactive learning experiences - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere - Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations Skills: - Strong classroom management skills - Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies - Experience tutoring or working with students one-on-one - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in math concepts for early childhood education - Experience working with children in a daycare or toddler care setting - Ability to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards Requirements: - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred) - Familiarity with state licensing requirements for preschool programs We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
